Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how Logan's Flowers handles the delivery of your order. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions, which should be read together with this policy and our Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Delivery Policy and our Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Delivery Area

We deliver to selected suburbs in the Greater Johannesburg metropolitan area. Available delivery zones and fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. If your area is not listed, please contact us at info@logansflowers.co.za and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Lead Time

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all deliveries. Same-day delivery is not available, and delivery must be scheduled within 14 daysof placing the order. We recommend ordering at least 2–3 days in advance for peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and the December holiday season.

Delivery Hours and Timeframes

Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, actual delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by a delivery arriving outside the estimated window.

If you have a time preference (e.g., morning delivery for a birthday surprise), please include it in your order notes and we will do our best to accommodate it, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on your delivery area and are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. The delivery fee is non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.

What Happens on Delivery Day

  1. Our driver will deliver your flowers to the address you provided at checkout.
  2. Flowers will be handed to the recipient or a responsible person at the delivery address.
  3. If no one is available, the driver will contact the recipient by phone.
  4. If there is no response within 15 minutes, the driver will return with the flowers.

Failed Deliveries and Redelivery

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the flowers and the recipient cannot be reached by phone within 15 minutes, the driver will return with the flowers. A redelivery fee equal to the standard delivery fee will apply for any subsequent delivery attempt.

Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address or contact details provided by the customer are not our responsibility. Please double-check all delivery information before placing your order.

Risk and Ownership

Risk in the flowers passes to the recipient upon delivery. Once the flowers have been handed over to the recipient, or to a responsible person at the delivery address (such as a family member, colleague, or security guard), they become the responsibility of the recipient.

Special Delivery Instructions

You can include delivery instructions in the order notes at checkout, such as:

  • “Leave with security at the gate”
  • “Please call before arriving”
  • “Deliver to reception on the 3rd floor”

We will do our best to follow your instructions, but cannot guarantee they will be fulfilled in every situation.

Peak Periods

During high-demand periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, and December holidays), we strongly recommend ordering well in advance. Delivery windows may be wider than usual due to higher order volumes.

Damaged Flowers on Delivery

If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us at info@logansflowers.co.za within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. For full details, see Section 7 of our Terms and Conditions.
